« Room wasn’t ready & check in. We had to ask 3x for towels, lights didn’t work over vanity. Roach present in bathroom. Upon checkout staff tried to charge me extra when the balance had been paid in full upon check in. She was rude and argumentative. »

« I was very happy with my stay at the Trail Inn in Amana. The location is perfect. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is walkable. My room was incredibly clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner was top-notch! It actually went down to 60 degrees!!!! Because the heat index was over 100, I definitely used it. Would absolutely stay here again! »

« I accidentally booked two different Wyndham hotels for the same night, Cedar Rapids IA and Quincy IL. The management at the Cedar Rapids hotel refused to give me a refund. So I needlessly spent twice as much for one of my nights on my trip. The stay in Quincy was pretty good, but the management in Cedar Rapids is abysmal. I will no longer stay at Wyndham Hotels if they are unwilling to remedy an acknowledged customer error. »

« De l'eau entrait par le plafond de la chambre et un employé a eu du mal à nous reloger; cependant, un autre a pu le faire. Il y avait un gros trou dans la literie. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »

« Le voisinage n'est pas recommandable. Il y a des consommateurs de drogues et des gens douteux qui errent aux alentours de l'hôtel. Le réceptionniste de l'hôtel a fait appel à la police pour surveiller les alentours. Il a été tres collaboratif pour surveiller et sécuriser nos motocyclettes. »

« My room was very dirty with gross stains and spills on the quilt. Bathtub/shower had 3 different types of hair- NONE were mine I had to clean the shower before I could take a shower. Told Manager about the bathtub and quilt and that I wanted a new CLEAN quilt. She said no problem. Housekeeping Supervisor was standing there and apologized saying she would make certain it was taken care of. Their solution I didn't get ANY quilt!! Had to go get one and make my own bed. Dining area was discussing...
