"A lovely clean room, and a hotel with great amenities. Wonderful, friendly staff who can't do enough for you. This hotel is an absolute gem! Highly recommend a massage at the spa, which was incredible. The rooftop bar is good too! My only small point would be that the bathroom was looking a bit tired compared to everything else in this hotel. Otherwise, it was perfect."

"It was in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The rooms were ok, it was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were great and the cleaning service was excellent."

"We stayed for a couple of nights here and this hotel deserves it plaudits. The hotel is immaculate and clean but what makes it are the staff. They were attentive, gave us good advice on our onward journey and, when one of my party felt poorly, offered to bring tea and soup to our room. That is great service. We used some of the facilities during our stay including the pool and sky lounge. The pool is more than sufficient for a layover trip and the cocktails and view in the sky lounge were great. There were a few bugs flying about though. Thanks. Much credit to the staff."

"Absolutely wonderful. I stayed twice, on the beginning of my trip and when I returned to fly back to the US. "Many other good hotels in the area, so I don't think I will return to this hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, in a quiet area which is close enough to the old quarter. Room was big and clean but with a musty smell. Pool and pool area are quite small and the water is cold. Pool menu is limited and overpriced. Did not take the breakfast as it was overpriced while there are alternatives around. "

"Nice breakfirst. Noce staffs. The cleaning staff is good (As you stay longer, it get more clean). Spa is also nice. If the cost is same, I recomend this hotel (maybe best at Hanoi.)"
