We didn’t take advantage of their spa facilities unfortunately as we did not have time, but it was easy to find the hotel and had good parking. The breakfast here was fantastic ! "Big apartment with plenty of beds, cooking facilities and washing machine. No dryer. Water and wine to welcome us. A little difficult to understand parking and apartment location video but manager responded to questions with a screenshot of parking location and the apartment location. Nice unique location in the old city and near the waterfront "

"You often find a 5 star hotel that is middle of the road, no better than a 4 star and completely different from 5 star in other countries. This hotel, the staff, the quality and experience are what I would call truly 5 star, actually traditionally excellent 5 star. There is nothing I would find to complain about. We had an outstanding stay which has reinvigorated my faith in service, facilities, and enjoyment. Will definitely be going back and I just wish others provided this level also."

"Great Views and Park setting. We got upgraded to a suite on 2nd floor (steep stairs though; there are no stairs unit as well). Easy parking (near the room). Nice restaurant/bar next to beach. Great indoor pool. Excellent breakfast. Coffee/tea maker in the room."

"This was a last minute booking (2hr before arrival) and could not have been more happier with the hotel. It was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. And as an American in a heatwave the AC was awesome! The staff directed us to a local restaurant with great food and The breakfast buffet was excellent. We’ve already made plans to return next year"

"The room was good. The breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat dinner as we preferred to go out to somewhere smaller. The pool was excellent but didn’t use the sauna because it was expensive, I don’t need to spend 3 hours in a sauna. There’s been plenty of hotels were they have been included or cheaper."
