Filthy floor (you could see the stains and smell the odour), old worn out pillows, etc. Moreover, we booked a room for three with a double and single bed; however, we got 2 singles and a bunk bed, which is not suitable for a couple and a baby. On the other hand, make sure your ID is ready for the police track. Whether you are a local or a foreigner, Spanish hotels require you to provide all your personal details to stay there. "The room was very clean and nice. Check-in was a bit challenging, only Spanish speaking agent with a very completed registration. During the holiday season the close town is very busy it’s a bit hard to find parking and restaurants. The large room has only one bathroom upstairs which could be a bit of a disturbance for the person in the lower floor. In general a very nice place with great views."

"We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it. It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay. We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice."

"Hotel was okay, on main road. Old style, hard bed, poor pillows. Same breakfast of melons, ham, and cheese. No eggs. Bar noise and people talking can be heard late at night and early morning."
