« Eagle Crest is a great place for amenities outside of staying at the hotel. The staff were great, but our room felt like it was step back in time. The bed frame had rips, there was a build up of dust on the bathroom fan and on the wall and it just felt outdated compared to the rest of the resort. »

The hotel has been remodeled and is very design, with taste. I just feel good there. It was my 4th stay. Will return. »

« Chambre qui sent le renfermé, on a dû ouvrir la porte et les fenêtre en arrivant malgré tout la mauvaise odeur persiste. parking et devant la porte très sale. Check-in pas accueillant, TV en panne et le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, il fallait être devant notre porte sur le parking pou avoir du réseau. Nous avions qu'une envie s'endormir rapidement pour vite repartir le lendemain matin. »

« The checkin was fast and the person who was there was very friendly. The room with double beds was nice and big enough. Beds were ok. The air conditionning was basic but it was working. There was a refrigarator and microwave in the room. The towels is the room were soft and clean it was nice. We were on the highway side but it was not too noisy for once. « This place is amazing. The lodge-style room really felt more like a cabin and so cozy! Suite had an amazing jetted tub and SO much room. Cozy couch, cozy bed, warm fireplace. Amazing breakfast spread in the morning. We had a hard time leaving! »

« The front desk clerk was rude. I was second in line. She checked in 5 others that came in after me because they were with the first person. All had separate rooms. Only 2 flat little pillows. The shower was like being blasted with a fire hose. »

« Beautiful Arts and Crafts Rustic Style lodge in the pines. Room had everything you could want, double soaking tub, king bed, fireplace, patio, generous sized room with a view of the pines. With the room was complimentary Fitness Center, wonderful continental breakfast showcasing local coffee and foods. Bicycle for us to ride for free. Wine and beer evening reception also included. And so on... »
