The central location and the proximity to the subway (60m), very good connection to the train station and airport should be emphasized. Bus station right in front of the house, this takes you to the State Opera and the Hofburg in 12 minutes. On the way there you have the opportunity to visit some sights such as "The House of the Sea", "Museumsquartier", "Naschmarkt" or the popular shopping street "Mariahilfer Strasse". The "Schönbrunn Palace" is 1.6 km away in the immediate vicinity.
