asked for a quite area. They put us directly over the pool area open til11:00. Pillos and bed cover were terrible. Bathroom had no vent. Toilet was so short it was good for a 6 yo. No walk in shower. No guide on the tv's...were supposed to use a QR code and download an app. Placed a family of 6+ next to us whose children were running, slamming doors horse playing, yelling etc. for hours. Tv on LOUD at 3am and late at night.. No table and chairs for main room. This was a suite with 2 rooms and 1 bed.. VERY disappointed for the extra money I paid. Staff was actually very help full except for the forementioned.

For starters it was a terrible experience. I was told sumone else called n canceled my room. Sobibhad to book again atvdouble the prize. It left me broke for me n my kids. But luckily the Manager stepped in after several attempts n she made things way better. I was amazed by how quickly they worked to help me n reimbursed me. I surely appreciate how hilton made things work out for the both of us..

Drove 10 hours to this hotel and went to bed. Was woken by an itching feeling on my right upper arm, neck and head. I got up and turned on the light to find bed bugs on the bed and my pillow. I notified the front desk and they moved me to another room. Couldn’t sleep due to being paranoid there could be some in that room. I do have to say the staff and management were great. The general manager comped my stay.
