The Space:

Breeze 2 is a bright and comfortable coastal apartment where the best part of the day might simply be sitting out on the balcony and watching Victor Harbor go by.



The open living space has everything you need for an easy stay, including two TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a coffee machine with starter pods and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals together.



The covered balcony is a highlight, with plenty of morning sun, a BBQ and outdoor dining area overlooking the beachfront park. Enjoy your morning coffee, a relaxed dinner or a drink while watching the colours change across the ocean.



With three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, Breeze 2 is a great fit for couples travelling together, friends' getaways or families wanting to enjoy Victor Harbor at an easy pace.

Breeze 2 places you right in the heart of Victor Harbor, with the beach, cafes, shops and foreshore all just a short stroll away.



Take a walk along the beachfront to the Granite Island causeway, where you can ride the iconic horse-drawn tram, enjoy an ice cream or coffee, or explore the island on foot. For those wanting to venture further, the Fleurieu Peninsula offers coastal walks, bike trails, wineries, farm cafés and plenty of opportunities to spot dolphins and whales during migration season.

Please note this apartment is strictly NON smoking. you cannot smoke or vape on the balcony either. Please do not book this apartment if you are a smoker. A $200 fine will apply for non compliance.

There is one car park available in the secure basement car park, but plenty of parking in the street in front also.

The lift will take you straight from the car park to the apartment.



Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Cancellations made during the refundable period will receive a refund of all payments made, less a $30 cancellation fee.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
