Directions to the place were a little unclear, figuring out where exactly to go was a little tricky, I think because the pictures of the property are a little misleading of the outside of the property. Once figured out, the place was very clean, and very spacious. Small issue of a missing tv remote was easily rectified. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was great but the main room gets very hot in the evening with the direct sun. Kitchen was great many of the home conveniences were readily available. Great place to take time to explore the beautiful Vernon! Highly recommend!

Ideal Location

No complaints. Well suited for our purposes. Check in easy. Space very tidy. Kitchen well stocked. About 24 minutes from the mountain and 10 min from the city. Would come back again.

Good location and a view

The accommodation is well suited for two couples. The bedrooms are equally sized although only the master has an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary dishes and appliances. There is no table so we ate at the island or on the couch. The internet was good allowing us to work online although privacy is limited as there is no soundproofing in the unit. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking Swan Lake which we enjoyed however it is impossible not to hear footsteps, voices, or laundry activities as the owners and their young family live overhead.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was perfect for our family, especially with two young kids. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic—close to many attractions and activities, which made exploring the area super easy. The host was responsive and welcoming, making our experience even better. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful place, clean & bright. Lake views are amazing & large balcony to enjoy it. Communication with host was excellent & checkin was a breeze. Fully equiped kitchen to enjoy cooking at home & enjoying the balcony.

Good Value

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Our host, TJ was very accomodating and check-in process was very easy and simple. The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked extrememly well and kept us cool on the hot Okanagan days/nights. The only negative was the sound from the nearby highway but we didn't really notice it while we were inside. We had a last minute change to our travel plans and had to cancel one of our nights. TJ gave us a partial refund for that night even though he wasn't obligated to which we appreciated greatly. We would stay here again if we are back visiting the Vernon area. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay

We have an amazing stay at this place! The views are incredible and there is so much to do! The hosts are incredibly nice and thoughtful. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly think of included. It's a very quiet space with lots of room and space. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the town. It's an amazing place and the hosts have done an incredible job!

We had a perfect vacation! Apartment with lots of space, great views, with everything you need from towels to kitchen supplies. Patio was a great place for evening wine and talks. Okanagan lake and Kalamalka lake only 15min drive. Groceries, liquor, restaurants only 5-7min drive. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back!☀️

Well equipped home away from home

Thank you guys for having a lovely spot to stay on our trip to Vernon. The house was more than sufficient for a family of 4. We equipped home away from home. We enjoyed our 2 night stay a lot. My kids loved the fact that there were multiple streaming services available on the TV. We eneded up watching a number of Disney movies. How lovely! Started to put together puzzle and played the board games. More board games would be an added bonus for next time!

THE VIEWS, THE SUITE & THE HOST ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for work and enjoyed the beautiful view after a long day. We were able to cook dinner and make lunches for ourselves with everything needed in the kitchen, the suite was a great size, the beds were comfortable the added bonus of a washer and dryer all being spotlessly clean. Our host TJ was not only hospitable but he was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would definitely stay here again!

Not a VRBO

The property had a few dis-repair issues. A hole in the wall in the bedroom. Toilet paper holder needed to be replaced in primary bedroom. It would be a good idea to put in a safety bar in the bathtub as it was slippery. There was no backup propane cylinder and we ran out 5 minutes after lighting the BBQ. The owner who lives upstairs was there in 3 minutes to help. He offered the use of the family BBQ on the upper deck.He replaced the cylinder the next morning. The baby cried every night around 12:30 and you could always hear the movement upstairs. We booked as a VRBO and found out that we were sharing the home, this means it is actually not a VRBO. This listing should be removed from VRBO immediately and the owner should list on the appropriate website right away. As this was a shared accommodation, this is overpriced. Otherwise a nice vacation.

Convenient location and beautiful lake view

We had a nice stay in the suite and it was easy to communicate with the host. The basic necessities were there for us to cook our own meals. It was a quick 10 minute drive into town and had a beautiful lake view. There was some noise from upstairs, but it was only during the daytime and as expected in a ground floor suite. A great home base for adventuring in Vernon!
