« Listing the key events that made us rate this 1 star: 1. We arrived at the location and the host was not there. We had to call VRBO (EUR 30 in roaming charges which we want refunded) and the host. Whilst VRBO told us the reservation was fine, the host told us there was no reservation. 2. Finally, the host managed to find us a room. Howeve, it was not at all what we booked on the website, much smaller and without the set-up we saw when booking. 3. The shower plate was broken, and leaked after...

« Die Unterkunft liegt abgeschieden von den großen Tourismusströmen inmitten von Apfelplantagen. Dennoch sind zahlreiche touristische Orte wie Trient, der Tovel-See und hunderte Wanderwege schnell erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls innerhalb von knapp zehn Fahrminuten vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief immer schnell und reibungslos. Es war eine sehr erholsame und schöne Woche. »

« The house is beautiful and situated very well. Everything was just fine. I can definetly recommend it for a hiking week or similar. Note: As the house is built in a very traditional way it would be perfect if the outdoor table and chairs are wooden or stone as well. The plastics just dont fit to the character of the house. But this is just a proposal and not a critic at all. »
