« overall great for the price. its a very lowkey b&b in a charming victorian era guest house. its in a decent area, nice and close to the rail station. the owners were lovely, the room had a skylight, breakfast is an option but i dont think its included depending how you book. my only criticisms is that there was what looked like splotches of mold on the slanted ceiling in the bathroom, though there was no water damage smell. the other thing was soundproofing, last i checked it was advertised as...

« The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to drop our bags off earlier in the day before check in. The room was small but clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. »

« Andreanwas a great hist, met us on arrival and very thourough with everything The rooms and en-suite were immaculate in their cleanliness and style. Breakfast was left to us but everything we needed was there. Very professional host who could not have done more for our stay. »

« A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. »

« Hôtel à petit budget, très bien situé . Compliqué pour récupérer les clefs après 21h, malgré qu'on ait prévenu une semaine avant de notre arrivée à 23h . Heureusement une personne du Pub nous a dépanné, après 2 appels téléphonique . Matelas très inconfortable ( ressort ) . Un radiateur, mais pas de chauffage ( pas de possibilité de l'allumer ) Manque volet pour le bruit exterieur »

« Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect »

« Loved staying at the French Mill. The Romany Wagon was definitely an added bonus for the girls. It gave them a truly magical and memorable experience. Ideally located and charming holiday rental property for visiting the island. Only sorry not to have been able to actually meet our host Rebecca who was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay.. we were also pretty fortunate with the weather.
