Elegant apartment with romantic canal view. The house is located close to the Ghetto, the old Jewish area, one of the most charming and interesting city sites.
You can find Ca' Bianca at the ground floor of an ancient building (dated approx. 1600), that overlooks Rio dei Servi and Rio della Misericordia. You can get in through a short Sottoportico and the entrance of the house is independent.
Ca'Bianca is approx. 60 sqm.
The bright master bedroom with a king size bed, a closet and a dresser looks over Canale della Misericordia, few typical restaurants and on one of the most elegant Gothic style buildings of the Fondamenta; yet, it's very peaceful and quiet: few times a day a gondola or a small boat come by and you won't hear any other noise.
There are two bathrooms, one of them looking on the same canal and having a shower, the second one with the washing machine. In the kitchen you will find the microwave, cookware & Kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker and anything else you may need to enjoy your stay.
In the living room, you will find a brand new sofa bed for two guests, very comfortable both during the day and at night time. Internet and tv are also at your disposal in the living room area.
The AC system set in the master bedroom cools down the whole apartment.

Great location in the heart of the city: Cannaregio is one of the most genuine and picturesque sestieri of Venice: very quiet but at the same time lively thanks to daily activities of local people. Restaurants, cafès and stores to buy disparate foodstuffs are all very close. The house will let you experience the Venetian life-style but at the same time will enable you to reach in a short time, on foot or by boat (vaporetto), the most important cultural sites and tourist attractions, like S. Marco and Rialto or the most striking islands of the lagoon.

L'appartement a répondu parfaitement a nos besoins. Dans un quartier plus qu'agréable proche des commerces utiles et des restaus mais suffisament eloigné pour ne pas être trop dérangé par les touristes. Le seul bémol et qu' à notre arrivée nous avons du payer 40 euros pour taxe de séjour, sans facture, alors que, sauf erreur de ma part, il me semblait avoir soldé la totalité du séjour avant de partir. Neanmoins la personne qui nous a reçu etait charmante et tout était comme précisé dans l'annonce. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Carole

Quartier très agréable !
L'appartement est très bien situé dans Venise, le Cannaregio est top. L'appartement est agréable quoi que vieillissant. Quelques odeurs d'humidité en lien avec le canal et le bruit des voisins du dessus car les appartements sont mal isolés niveau sol et plafond.

Nous étions une famille de 4 (deux ados de 12 et 15 ans) pour une première visite à Venise. L’appartement était propre et surtout, très bien situé près de la fondamenta de la misericordia. Nous avons été accueillis à la station de bateau Madonna dell Orto. Nous retournerions sans hésiter!

It was in a great location, not in the busy areas but not far either. It was comfortable enough for a family of 5. Double bed for us parents in one room (with a/c), couch that becomes double bed in another room (with fan) and a single camp-bed that had to be placed in the kitchen (with a/c). The camp-bed was a bit cramped in the kitchen but for a couple of nights that we stayed it was just fine.

Das Appartement liegt großartig etwas außerhalb der Touristenströme, aber so zentral, dass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. 3 Vaporetto Stationen in der Nähe, sodass man auch so prima zum Bahnhof, zum Markusplatz und auf die Inseln kommt. Es liegt an einem ruhigen Seitenkanal, trotzdem Fußgängerzone mit Läden, Bäckern, Coop und Restaurants gleich nebenan. Wirklich perfekt! Das Appartement selbst ist recht klein (für 5 Personen) und dunkel. Aber vollkommen ausreichend für ein paar Tage und gut klimatisiert. Nicht super sauber, aber in Ordnung. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen!

Cozy Venice Retreat
The cozy apartment was perfect for our family. It was about a 20-minute walk from the train station, but it's a beautiful walk. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the canal views from every window. Our girls were comfortable sharing the pull-out sofa bed and we appreciated having a private bedroom. It was the perffect place to retreat to after long days of walking through the city.

This property was in a fantastic location. Walkable to all Venice "must sees", yet set in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Seeing the canal outside the windows was charming. The apartment was nice and served our needs. Both the pull out bed and cot were comfortable (which was a pleasant surprise as we have slept on some very uncomfortable pull outs!). The bathroom and shower could use some updating (shower was a bit run down), and had a slightly musty smell. All in all we were very happy with this apartment, and loved our stay in Venice!

Great place and location
This is a fabulous place! We stayed here on at the end of our trip and 2nd time in Venice. It is off the beaten path so its quite and right on the canal! There is a nice strip of restaurants and gelato two bridges down (away from tourists) but also close to the tourist strip! We loved it! The apartment had plenty of room and actual rooms...separate rooms for sleeping! 1.5 baths and a nice kitchen that is separate from the main sleeping area and the room off the kitchen had a solid door so I could get up make coffee and not disturb anyone! It was also fun to see the gondolas go by! We also had a treat of a pigeon sitting on her nest right out the bathroom window; my girls enjoyed that. My family of four loved our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Very good location and value. Nice host met us spoke several languages. I was there with my family of 4. There are 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a massive sofa bed queen. The other room is a queen bed. You could probably fit 3 kids in one of the beds if you had too. Very difficult to find places to accommodate 4 people on this island so I was very happy with this little ground floor apartment that is tucked away.
