I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. « The indoor pool was nice. The room was a good size everything was clean and comfortable. Did not like that certain things like the fire pit was only available Friday and Saturday. I didn’t check in until Sunday. I also didn’t like the fact other guests invited them selves to our balcony. »

« Exceptional welcome by the lady at the front desk. 1st time we tried this brand and we were quite impressed. Top clean, spacious, and well located. We tried another location after and it wasn’t as exceptional as this one. »
