"Great friendly staff. 1 out of only 2 elevators were out of service hence the decrease in stars. A sign on where the stairs can be access would’ve been helpful. Operating on 1 elevator is inconvenient not only to guests but especially when cleaning carts were also using it. I’m not from the area but considering the space I don’t really get the charge for the parking and why it can’t be complimentary for those who stay. "

"We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The hotel is kept very clean and well appointed. The restaurant was closed but room service available and not at a crazy price. We walked the groups and they are expansive and beautiful. Kayaks and bicycles to ride. A tennis court available as well as indoor pool. The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on. We were very happy with our stay "
