« It was centrally located. Our only issue was we are animal rights activists. The people across the street kept a dog on a chain most of the time we were there - in the heat or rain but they had another dog that was inside and brought out on a leash. Not your fault but it was hard for us to sleep knowing that dog was chained up outside. it is illegal to do that in Tennessee but we undertand there isn't a no chain law in Kentucky. »

« The cabin was very clean, hot tub was nice. We only used one bed but it was comfy. The host had to talk us to the correct cabin, we ended up at the wrong one due to GPS not registering the address just yet. She was very helpful. The roads were treacherous, especially when you met other drivers. »

« We (myself, husband, 2 teens and a 10 year old) loved our 3 night stay at Fels Haus! Most importantly for me, it was clean, felt safe, no bugs, shower was hot and water pressure was good! In addition though, it was beautiful, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. It was located a few steps from Cliffview Lodge where we sat on the deck and enjoyed watching the zipliners come in. Hot tub was so nice and relaxing! « 2 night stay and we did hiking in the Red River Gorge for all the daylight hours. Location of cabin is just perfect for accessing the majority of hikes in RRG with little drive time.Nice coffee shop and ice cream just down the road.Excellent hosts were very communicative, no issues at all during our stay. Super clean cabin with no smells, and there was ice in the little freezer. Highly recommended location!! »
