Located on the second floor, this unit is located away from the parking lot and near a flowing stream, so it's super quiet! Lots of light from large windows on both sides of this unit make it bright and airy.

This unit has a living room with a fireplace and a queen-size sofa bed. The attached dining room has a table with seating for 6, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with place settings for 6, a full complement of cooking necessities, and full-size appliances. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds, and there are 2 full bathrooms! 2017 brings all new furnishings and a complete interior remodel!

Located on the Marriott StreamSide property, residents have full access to all of the Marriott amenities, including an indoor pool and social activities for families. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up right outside your building and deliver you and your equipment to either Lionshead Village or Vail Village, so no paying for parking in Vail!

An added plus is the on-site ski/snowboard equipment rental facility, which gives a discount to on-site guests. In addition, grocery stores and restaurants are located within a mile or so of the condo.

Minimum age for rental is 21, and renter is responsible for any damages or cleaning fees charged by Streamside.
