  • Nouvellement rénové 4 chambres + mezzanine habitable, 3 townhome Bath situé à quelques pas de la ville libre de Vail navette de bus et à quelques minutes de Vail Mountain et Vail Village. Cette maison de ville est l'unité de fin dans le complexe avec de grandes vues à l'Ouest. Beaucoup de stationnement gratuit avec un garage 2 voitures et un espace de stationnement supplémentaire à l'avant. (3 CAR MAXIMUM). Très grand salon avec une cheminée à gaz et une cuisine gastronomique. Le complexe Vail Point possède également une piscine de zone commune et un bain à remous (piscine est seulement en été).

    D'autres équipements inlcude: / DVD de TV à écran plat, W / D, pleine cuisine gastronomique, foyer au gaz, barbecue au gaz, garage 2 voitures, espace commun bain à remous.

We have stayed at 8-10 VRBO’s in the Vail/Beaver Creek area and this was the nicest and most well maintained rental we’ve stayed at. The description is very accurate and very professionally managed and maintained. It was so nice to have the kitchen so well equipped! We will be back!

Great home, great location!

The home was wonderful; very spacious and well stocked with all of the essentials. We found the beds to be comfortable and the living area quite cozy! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Vail.

Spacious, convenient, lovely home

5-6min drive from Vail & Lionshead Villages, very convenient location. Home is lovely, spacious, and specific rooms had their own individual thermostats which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property that was well furnished and worked well for our group of 8 adults. Only challenge was parking as it was narrow to maneuver in and out of the garage with our larger vehicle. Community pool area and hot tub were great. Enjoyed the mountain views from the great deck.

Our overall experience at our condo was great; would recommend to anyone, and we would definitely rent here again. We had a great stay at this property for a long weekend of skiing. There were 3 bus stops that were walkable from the unit (although two entailed some hills), making it easy to get into Lionshead and Vail villages. The unit itself was clean, had space for all of us, and was well-stocked with basic cooking items. Checking in and out was easy and communication was clear. Of note, two of the bathrooms are en-suite with only one open to a hallway. Overall we had a great time!

Wonderful Week in Vail!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Vail. The condo was great - clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, humidifiers in every bedroom and close to grocery stores and shuttle (although we didn't use the shuttle much because of its infrequency). Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend!

Vail getaway

The property was just as pictured! Loved the end unit with all the windows and deck overlooking the mountains, like we were in our own private sanctuary! Great location - close to groceries, Lionshead and Vail. The property management was quick to respond and a delight to work with.

West Vail Experience

Our family had terrific stay in this well laid out airy unit, which had gourmet kitchen, large dining area and cozy living room. The windows/views were terrific - had it been milder time of year we would have taken advantage of wrap around deck/BBQ area. All bedrooms were well set up, and property manager was extremely responsive even to evening text.

Perfect!

This house was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Vail for a wedding! It was SO CLEAN, well equipped with all of the bedding, towels, kitchen supplies and everything we needed. Vail family ski trip

Townhouse is great. Easily housed 6 adults with separate beds for each. Common areas were large and comfortable. Too far from the slopes for walking. So, plan on a 5-10 minute drive to get to the Lionshead parking.

Comfortable townhouse with great location

We loved our stay at vail point unit 1. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable. Every room had a new television and it’s own bathroom. Really just a pleasant stay for our whole family and would definitely stay here again! Also the location is perfect, we love the hiking trail behind the development and it is just a few minutes of a drive to vail village. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience

The condo was perfect for my family - well laid out and very well supplied with dishes and utensils, spices, etc. The unit was spotlessly clean and the pictures are very accurate. Check in and check out was all handled by email and text and there was no need to call the property manager but I have no doubt the response would have been perfect. Fantastic experience - 5+ stars!

Great place with excellent management

Great place to stay! We had 4 adults and had more than enough room. Probably could have had 6 adults with no problems. Very clean and well stocked unit. Quiet location near grocery and other areas of interest. We even saw a fox out of the back kitchen window! The community hot tub wasn't working during our stay as it was down for repairs, but that wasn't a huge deal to us. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Accomodations

The place is even better than the photos - large, airy windows everywhere, high end kitchen, 2 car garage, short walk to the hot tub, very nice system to get you information about things like wifi password and door codes, easy/painless checkout list (none of this "strip the beds" nonsense you often see). If we head back to Vail we'll check for availability here for sure - would love to return. We knew it was nice from the listing, but were really impressed with how spacious and luxurious this condo is in person.

Great Space / Location in Vail

Tons of space! 4 bedrooms 3 full baths, huge kitchen with outdoor deck on all 3 sides. Very cozy gas fireplace in the family room, open floor plan, view up to kitchen area gave the property a very cool vibe. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. One the bus route to the slopes, shopping plaza within a couple miles, Safeway, liquor store etc...

Transcendent Mountain Retreat

This end unit felt more like our own home than a condo with different levels for privacy and spacious living and dining areas for gathering. We enjoyed birdwatching on the wraparound deck nestled in the aspens with stunning mountain views. Right across the road is a babbling creek and the North Trail with several hiking directions. Nearby are 2 grocery stores and the free shuttle stops for the village and other trailheads. Helpful collection of books on the trails, flora and fauna of the area on the bookshelf. Easy check in and out. Wonderful end-of-July experience here for both hikers and cyclists in our group of 4!
