"We stayed at this apartment in Salt Lake City for four nights during a convention and had a great experience.Parking & Location:Very easy street parking. The unit is just a 5–10 minute drive from the convention center, which made it perfect for our needs.Apartment Details:Spacious, quiet, and private — ideal for our small family. We stayed with our young daughter and had plenty of space. The pull-out couch wasn’t listed but was confirmed by the host, and it was essential for us. The listing mentioned a balcony, but we didn’t look for or need it.Helpful Tip:There’s a private entrance on the left side of the building. We missed that and hauled our luggage up the stairs to another door — read the check-in info carefully! You can drive closer to that entrance to unload.Cleanliness & Comfort:The unit was mostly clean, and small issues were resolved quickly. The AC was on when we arrived, which was appreciated. The kitchen had what we needed for simple meals. Stores like Target and Walmart were 10–15 minutes away. There’s no dishwasher, and guests are asked to wash dishes before leaving.Host Communication:Drew was incredibly responsive and helped us check in early — much appreciated!Overall:Great stay with excellent communication and location.
