« Was amazing. Very friendly and 5 star
No spa
Gym was weak
Pool was like a fountain and not really one I would swim in.
Value was definitely overpriced for what I paid.
Rest was awful.
Morning breakfast we 2 stars of 5
Would not recommend this place to travelers looking for peace and quiet. The crickets outside were so loud I could not get any rest or sleep peacefully. So annoying.
Tv had no service and their sound system iPad was 10 years old and barely worked.

« Lovely hotel, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff was wonderful and incredibly patient and helpful with the clients.
The restaurant was quiet, the food was delicious and the priced were really good.
The staff of both the hotel and restaurant were BY FAR the best asset of the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel next time I visit to Cali. »

« Séjour en famille pendant les fêtes de fin d’année et pile un événement au dernier étage (la chambre étant en-dessous) a eu lieu. On entendait tout ce qui se passait sur la terrasse. Heureusement que le personnel chaleureux et professionnel nous a changé de chambre à notre demande et nous avons pu passer un bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner était savoureux et varié, quoique certaines spécialités locales n’étaient pas assez chaudes. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, mais fenêtres pas insonorisées. »

« This property was conveniently in proximity to the mall and the jardin plaza, however the hotel rooms do not have any complimentary tea everything you wanted you will have to buy. The breakfast was okay the variety just isn’t huge however if you are a bread lover you will highly enjoy overall a good day if you are not planning to be there long term and are a minimalist »

« ⭐ 1/5 — Worst Experience Ever at Casa Aurora!
Extremely disappointing experience! We had no internet throughout our entire stay, and the management showed absolutely no concern or urgency to resolve the issue.
What made matters worse was the dishonesty. We were offered a refund, which influenced our decision to stay, only for management to go back on their word. They later admitted that they had known the internet wasn’t working from the very beginning but failed to inform us before our...
