"Hotel is newly built, rooms are very nice indeed , staff are very good , breakfast choice excellent range for everyone . Customer Relations Staff are excellent. However Airport pick up is NOT complimentary and is charged at 750MAD when you can get a Luxury Pick at 300MAD WE were asked if we needed a pick up from the Airport on arrival , but never told that it would cost 750 MAD , which was totally out of order . He was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was great, and the staff were efficient, respectful, and always smiling. "Dining was way too expensive. Dinner cost $45 per person in the basement with no ambiance. Food was OK, but certainly not fine dining. Sheets on bed we slept in barely covered the bed, meaning one of us had to use the extra blanket. In the room we were in #4 we never had hot water. Showers were lukewarm. "

"Hotel is newly built, rooms are very nice indeed , staff are very good , breakfast choice excellent range for everyone . Customer Relations Staff are excellent. However Airport pick up is NOT complimentary and is charged at 750MAD when you can get a Luxury Pick at 300MAD WE were asked if we needed a pick up from the Airport on arrival , but never told that it would cost 750 MAD , which was totally out of order . "
