"The rooms were clean staff was really helpful but in no way was the food worth the price. A 5 star hotel with 86 dollar (CAD) per person buffet and the food that was supposed to be hot was cold. "The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony were spectacular, especially at sunrise! This is a great place for families and those who want some nature and peace and quiet on their vacation."

"There is no housekeeping on a daily basis only on the third day. If you want daily housekeeping, it's an additional charge. However, you can go do wn to the lobby and refresh your own towels on a daily basis and dump your own trash. I was a little surprised about that. Being a beach resort, you had to rent beach towels. They were not given out complimentary."
