I was forced to change room, because someone had obviously smoked in the room before my entering, even though smoking is prohibited in the rooms. The staff was friendly and professional. They helped us for example with trustfull airport transfer, several new places and recommendations, baggage reservations, shopping areas etc. They had even cooler back for our trips.
