"Property was perfect for our family group of 8. Needs some paint bit overall not bad, especially for the kids. The kids all loved the bunk toom and enjoyed exploring the small brook out back. They really loved the pools and row boats that were included amenities and it made for a perfect break for the adults. Property was convenient to all activities we wanted to do and was nice and quiet, especially at bed time. Definitely would consider another stay."

"Unbelievably picturesque property with an awesome view. Had lots of fun hiking local trails, going out to eat, and just lounging with the whole family on the private riverfront backyard beach. Looking forward to making this a yearly trip!"

"We so enjoyed our time here. The owners were proactive with communication and responsive when we had questions. The property was spotless on checkin and well equipped with plenty of linens. The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. "We had a girls weekend over Memorial Day. The condo was very clean and with plenty of room. The views of Loon Mtn were fantastic and we watched the gondola travel up and down. It was great weather and surprisingly quiet. We only had two days there but it was just what we needed. Close to everything. Great restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely love to stay again."

"The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"

"My family and I have been coming to NH for 7 years now for our annual ski trip! We decided to try this place out and we loved it! Super close to the mountain and everything we needed. The house was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was perfect! We would definitely love to stay here again!"

The place is an open concept so it felt like everyone was included whether some were watching a movie and some were in the kitchen coloring or cooking.
