"We arrived at Windsong on a Thursday and left Monday. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and accommodating in every way. They helped us book our excursions and set up transportation as well. The restaurant on site was good and the staff were very friendly as well. The pool was refreshing and the ocean so close was even better. The staff who really stood out to us were Dashaya & Ruth at the front desk and Omar at the restaurant. Definitely recommend Windsong on the reef. Also the housekeeping staff kept our rooms clean and stocked with lots of towels and other products. "
"Spectacular property overall. Beautiful pool with an even more beautiful beach bordered by two great restaurants and a fantastic beach bar. Loads of lounge chairs and umbrellas with helpful staff to get you set up. Special shout out to David at Pink Bar, Carlo and Roman serving on the beach and Sean making our departure effortless including a refreshing drink when we had to wait a few minutes for our car. Front desk staff also very helpful and Mgr Simon reached out immediately when he heard we had a minor hiccup to make sure it got resolved to our satisfaction. Small area for improvement is the egg/omelette bar at breakfast which struggles to handle demand, easier if they take orders at the table and deliver. Providenciales is an expensive place to visit so be prepared. Ask how much a taxi will cost per person before you get in the car. The Fish Fry market on Thursday night at Diamond Plaza is a fun, safe way to get a taste for true local food, drink and music."
"Great vacation rental! Prefect studio with full bath and full kitchen. Close to restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to Grace Bay. Property owner was very responsive and brought over extra brand new frying pan upon request the next day! Unit and pool were clean. AC worked great! Overall very happy with my stay. "
