« Venue pour un salon à Harrogate nous avons réservé dans ce petit boutique hôtel et je suis tombée sous le charme. Notre chambre était confortable, grande et joliment décorée. Le petit-déjeuner frais et suffisant. L’accueil était chaleureux. En début de soirée on entend un peu les bruits de la chambre du dessus mais vraiment rien qui vienne gâcher le séjour. Sans nul doute une bien belle adresse. Je reviendrai! »

« The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!! »

« Horrendous switch for bathroom blew the electrics, spark came from switch, big bang. Given another room, no explanation. Second room was supposed to be an upgrade, looked like room had been updated, but carpet was badly stained. Headboard coming away from the wall, they tried to hold it on with a bracket. Towel warmer 2 broken brackets one very sharp when removing the towels. Fan in bathroom very very loud, wake others up in the night. Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Soft close broken on toilet...

« Un séjour de 3 nuits pour un déplacement professionnel. Le confort des chambres est super Il manque cependant des placards de rangement car celui existant est utilisé pour le coin café. Le service housekeeping laisse cependant à désiré. Le 1er jour nos tasses à café n’ont pas été remplacées alors qu'elles étaient sales, les sachets de thé et de café ont été laissés sur place et le 2eme jour nos lits n’ont pas été fait. »
