« Location is close enough to be able to drive to downtown Chattanooga within just a few minutes, but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with as much noise or parking nightmare. As a family of seven, getting accommodations at a hotel is usually a logistical and financial nightmare. This place was perfect for us! House had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. Owner was quick to respond to questions and communicated very well. Highly recommended »

« Very clean and updated rental. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet. Upstairs tenant was quiet too. One minor detail, had to punch the code to unlock the door several times before it worked. Not a big deal though. Highly recommend. »

« I stay overnight with a friend and our two dogs. The place is quaint, full or character, absolutely adorable!! I loved the accommodations with the two bedrooms in opposite sides, great for privacy, and the backyard is perfect for puppers. Only comment is: wish they had a blender and ice trays! Other than that, I oook forward to staying there again! »

« The house was exactly as shown with each bedroom having king size mattresses (very comfortable) and the upstairs bedrooms private bathrooms. The downstairs full bathroom was across the hall from the bedroom. Everything was cleanWe had a couple of questions and Shannon replied quickly and checked in to make sore we had everything needed.This house was just a couple of blocks from downtown where we found wonderfulRestaurants and a few great hiking trails. »

« We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. « We booked Marcie’s house for our semi annual vacation for 30 people for a week. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole crew. The kids loved fishing and swimming all day.
