Take a dip in the large pool, relax on the comfortable lounge chairs right by the water, host a barbecue on the large, fully equipped terrace, or borrow bikes for free to go for a nice ride.

The accommodations are located in one of Tulum’s newest and liveliest neighborhoods, La Veleta.
You’ll experience a dynamic and vibrant local atmosphere, full of all kinds of shops: bars, restaurants, street food, motorcycle rentals, grocery stores, fruit stands, and everything you need. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find downtown Tulum, the Caribbean Sea (accessible via nearby Kukulcan Road), the archaeological site, and the bus station.

HOUSE RULES

The base price of the apartment is for two people. Each additional person, up to a maximum of 4, must pay a nightly surcharge.
When possible, early check-in is available for a fee: from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the cost is 500 pesos; from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the cost is 250 pesos
When possible, late check-out is available for a fee: from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., the fee is 250 pesos
When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioners, fans, and lights to help protect the environment. From midnight to 8:00 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum out of consideration for the building’s residents. Persons not included in the reservation are not permitted to enter the property unless expressly authorized by the host
Guest obligations regarding bicycle use.
1 Free use of bicycles is subject to availability. Bicycles are loaned with a lock and key, which must be returned when the bicycle is returned. 2 “Tua Tulum” is not liable for any event or accident caused by the bicycle user—whether to themselves, to property, or to third parties—and the user shall be responsible for any resulting expenses. 3 In the event of damage to the loaned bicycle, the user must cover the repair costs. 4 It is the guest’s responsibility to secure the bicycle with a lock and keep it in plain sight; in the event of theft, failure to return the bicycle, or irreparable damage, the guest must compensate for the damage equivalent to the bicycle’s current list price.
