Le seule point négatif est le petit déjeuner, il n’y a vraiment pas de choix, il y’a presque rien, tout est en supplément donc faut payer ! Hôtel est vraiment très bien placer car ceux qui sont dans la zone côté mer prennent du temps pour aller en ville et inversement alors que nous notre hotel était placé entre la mer et la ville et donc pour les deux destinations nos mettons vraiment peu de temps et ça c’était génial. Le personnel est agréable. L’hôtel est magnifique. L’ambiance de l’entrée est extraordinaire.

Très bel hôtel niché dans la nature avec 2 piscines sur le toit. Une très belle chambre décorée avec goût. Même si un peu éloigné du centre, il est calme. Des locations de vélos à côté de l'hôtel permettent de visiter la ville, les ruines et les plages facilement.

Hôtel très bien en générale. Une très belle jungle intérieur. Un peu loin de la plage cependant. Manquait des accessoires pourtant prévus comme les peignoirs dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuné est cher et pas à la hauteur du reste. Il manquait beaucoup de produit pourtant à la carte.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au Naala Hôtel. Le personnel est adorable et très réactive au moindre problème/questions. La chambre et la piscine sont sublimes Le parking est un vrai plus, qui nous permettait de laisser la voiture dans un endroit safe. Et le restaurant était très bon, aux prix raisonnables et avec des serveurs tout aussi adorables

Très bien mais un service inexistant
Un hôtel au top avec une piscine en rooftop magnifique. Notre chambre sentait l’humidité et la reception s’en foutait totalement. Si vous n’avez besoin de rien, c’est « the place to go ». Pas de concierge pour vous donner des indications. La seule indication que vous pourrez avoir c’est qui contacter pour vous débarrasser de vos pésos. Bien vérifier sa note de bar avant de payer le Check out.. 4 tickets de Bar on été ajouter par « mégarde » à ma chambre. Ça faisait cher le Hamburger et le Gwacamole. LIterie confortable et cadre agréable. L’emplacement est aussi bien avec des vélos à louer sur place. Par contre il n’y a rien à faire autour.

Notre séjour était fantastique jolie vu de la terrasse les chambres son propre location de velo dispo 10 usd / j. Boulangerie à l'intérieur de l'hôtel pour le petit dej mais service très très long :( Au check in ils nous ont donné une chambre près d un compresseur de chantier qui tournait..... horrible le bruit !!!! La réception a dit qu'il s'arrêtait dans la soirée .... le vigile nous a dit quil tournait toute la nuit :))))) on a demandé à changer de chambre....

Awesome value for money
Really nice hotel ! Great service, room is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. It would be nice if they had a gym at the hotel. Location is great next to several restaurant and convenient stores.

This property was beautiful. It was a little jungle oasis. The rooftop pool and bar was very nice and had a good chill vibes. My only issue with the property was that that the air conditioning in the room didnt work very well so my sleep was not great due to being hot. the staff was very helpful with all our questions telling us places to go around town and helping us a find a nice beach club.

Had an incredible stay and was about to give 5 stars until the checkout process. Was accused for taking toiletries and items from the room when all of them were in order. Hotel restaurant was expensive for coffee and breakfast. One day was charged for unlimited coffee so assumed the same on our last day there, to find out we were charged over 300 pesos for 4 coffees. Make sure you check with staff on a daily basis what the price is for the food and drink before you order to avoid this as no menu was provided.

The staff went above & beyond, amazing service. So helpful, and also not obtrusive, they have a great balance of attentive, but not bothersome. In addition to the staff we loved the building, the lush vegetation, all the comfortable seating, the fresh water, the garden oasis and rooftop pool and lounges. Thank you Naala, you were perfect.

Great location, just outside of the main busy areas of the rest of Tulum but close enough to either walk or better yet bike around. Clean, modern and basic room, the sheets and bed were a dream to sleep in. Roof top pool was a beautiful place to take in the sunrise and sunset, or take a refreshing dip after being in the warmth of the sun. Lots of great restaurants around and access to the rest of the town. Loved being able to rent a bike just from the lobby. Tulum is an excellent place to visit, this hotel was a great base to explore the area.

Great experience overall. I’m impressed by daily turn-down service, my room is fresh every time I come back from a long day outside. Just bring your own body lotion.

Beautiful hotel with hundreds of little details and amazing rooftop. Big rooms with everything you need and very clean. Customer service not so great. We felt that they were more concerned about tips or selling you extra stuff, than the service itself. Some waiters tried to bargain drink prices/tips if we pay with cash. And at the checkout we were challenged that we used drinks for the mini bar even though this was untouched. And we weren't the only ones.

Stayed for a few days. Basic, but clean hotel. Roof top was small but nice. Enjoyed walking to dinner in the evenings and renting bikes for the beach. Was suppose to get $18 credit through Expedia for VIP, but was not given despite asking at checkout and showing proof. Ate at restaurant and was told it would come off our bill at the end.

Bra läge om du önskar bo nära Tulum centrum. Rymligt rum, behändig cykel uthyrning! Men ät frukost någon annanstans om det inte hör till priset, dyrt och och inget extra. För samma pris får du lyxig och mycket godare frukost ett stenkast ifrån, rekommenderar Botanica garden café istället, härligt ställe! Relativt litet poolområde med några få solstolar, men annars ett prisvärt hotell.

Great location. Amazing pool with epic sunset. The food is hit or miss and isn't available all the time but they help you with ordering dinner. Sometimes you cant pay by card at the rooftop which is strange. The walls are paper thin so sometimes you can hear your neighbours quite well. That being said I absolutely love staying here and would stay here again! Its so convenient. Close to town and beach and has underground parking.

Excellent staff and service. Very good location close to the beach, restaurants, Downtown, Ruins, etc. Highly recommended for families or with friends.
