It's an easy walk or short drive. Being close to a Safeway grocery store was a bonus for us. The layout of the house was nice with the bedrooms being on one side of the house and all the shared living space on the other. The backyard was comfortable and made for another nice space to relax. We made breakfast one morning and were able to find all the cookware and cooking utensils we needed. We also had the option of a K-pod or traditionally brewed coffee. There were too many mosquitos to enjoy the lovely outdoor patio due to all the rain, but hopefully we can get outside next time if we get to go back during a dry spell. We enjoy visiting Tucson to see my daughter at UA. The fire pit in the backyard was a great treat and a way for her to bring her friends over and enjoy smores.
