The home was very clean and up to date on the inside. Comfortable beds and couches and well appointed with everything you need for a short stay.

In lock step with other reviewers this is a very nice place to stay. Clean, modern updated, and a fabulous floor plan. Bedrooms separated with 2 King beds, 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen with everything you need. The Kuerig and stocked kcups and creamer is a wonderful touch. It’s the perfect couples getaway stay. Suggestions, try to get there in daylight because it’s on a street corner and GPS doesn’t define which street the front entrance is located and streets are pitch black. Owner was quick responding to inquiries and very simple rules for stay. I might recommend a devices cheat sheet for Thermostat and TV and a little larger dining table, but that aside, we would definitely stay here again when we visit Tucson.

The space was perfect for a crafting/lounging weekend. All four of us had a great time! The beds are very firm but that is the only slight downside. We had restaurants and groceries nearby and visited an awesome Farmers market that Sunday! Would absolutely plan another weekend away at this rental.

Another great stay

This is my 5th stay here and once again it was another great stay. I had a problem with my door code at first, but the manager took care of it right away. I will continue to stay here every time I’m in Tucson visiting family.

The home was clean and had a lot of nice touches. TVs in every room was a plus. Beds were a bit too firm. Communication was clear and concise. Was a bit unsure of the neighborhood at first but it was clean and close the UofA. Neighbors across the street had a party but ended it early.

Great place and nicely located

The property is updated, clean and was located near restaurants and shopping. We were in town for a wedding and the resort was also a 10-15 minute drive from the rental. Owner was responsive and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely rent again.

Mission visit

Very clean townhouse . It has quality dishes, utensils, blankets , basically everything you need..My only concern is that if you arrived late , it is hard to find the townhouse . It needs more lighting .However, once inside you feel very safe. I would definitely stay at this place in the future . I highly recommend it .

Perfect location!

Our objective on this trip was to move my son into his apartment at the University of Arizona. For this reason, we were back-and-forth to campus daily during our stay. Eric’s home was conveniently located, less than 15 minutes from campus, near great restaurants too. His home itself was just perfect for us, very clean and comfortable.

Excellent Stay!

The townhome was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to eat at the townhome if we chose to do so. Bedrooms had two king size beds that were very comfortable. I would definitely stay at this townhome again if I were in Tucson. A very nice townhome close to many things in the Tucson area.
