"The Versante is a lovely hotel. The staff is very nice and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite on the top floor. It’s nice to have a good restaurant (Bruno’s) onsite, and there were other restaurants within walking distance. The airport shuttle is a Mercedes. Nice luxury touch. "

"Booked incredibly last minute as our flight got stuck in Vancouver. The only downside of the hotel itself is that there wasn't a restaurant on site, but there are tons within a very short walking distance. Only real complaint is that breakfast started getting ready before 5am. We had to leave at 6am to make our new flight. It was too late when we came in to eat, and too early in the morning to catch a restaurant. At 5:58am after not eating (and mentioning it's been over 30 hours since I last ate), the breakfast attendant would not allow us to eat because it wasn't exactly 6am and they needed to take pictures of the set up. Rather than accomodating the literal 2 minutes, they chose to make a problem out of it. "
