« We stayed here for 1 week during the summer. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The cottage was well kept and clean on arrival. The water access was great for swimming for the whole family. Janeane was very polite and quick to respond to messages and calls. So happy we chose to have our summer getaway here and hope to come back »

« We had a great stay at this property! (4 adults and 2 children) The house was clean and cozy. Everything was in great shape and felt even bigger than the pictures. The walk down to the dock is magical, and we loved taking the canoe around the lake. We had deer in the yard every day, and the location is conveniently located close (but not too close) to everything.Would definitely stay here again! »

« The cabin is very clean and the kitchen has all the utensils you need. We cook breakfast evry day without a problem. I slept on the large bed and it was very comfortable. One morning I had 2 very large bald eagles fly about 30 feet over our cabin. They have a nest right behind the cabin. Great location right on Big St Germain lake, almost right in between Eagle River and Minocqua. »

« Overall it was a wonderful experience at the location. We were surprised it did not have air conditioning because the first day we arrived, it was hot and humid. Luckily the owner had fans available for us to use. The weather cooled down and everything else was great! »

« We spent a week at the cottage and had a great stay. Sunsets are amazing and we loved having the boat dock. We have friends across the lake and it made it easy to boat or jet ski across. The cabin is well stocked and cozy. It was hot during the day since there is no air conditioning, but we were rarely inside during the day as we spent most of our time in the lake. Nights were plenty cool enough to sleep with all the windows open. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place for you, but...

« We had a blast on our week up north, and the cabin fit our needs perfectly. It was my husband and I, our two adult children and their friends/partners, and our youngest tween. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. It's a cozy space and we had enough room for all of us. Communication with the hosts was almost immediate. The entire lake lost power for a few hours during a storm and they reached out right away. We simply enjoyed playing games by flashlight! Lost Lake has a special place in our hearts...
