« Great location, clean room. Hallways were noisy with kids, but otherwise good. »

« We (me and my pup) had a great stay! This location is quiet (even on first floor), good size room, with plenty of space and also very clean! Parking was easy and plentiful. It is also next door to a wonderful bistro restaurant. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Only things I’d change: The high deposit ($200!), more of a pet relief area, and breakfast upgrade(s) - protein options, juices/fruit, toast! Other than that, would definitely stay again! »

« No fan in bathroom, light above sink didn’t work, towel rack above toilet fell into toilet holding one of our towels rooms are not quiet 5 boys played ball outside the entrance at 9pm loudly. For about 30 minutes. I could hear the neighbors tv well enough to understand it. Eggs were different. Maybe instant. Grandkids loved the waffles. Parking close. Trolley to transport luggage. Very helpful. »

« Staff was kind and helpful, daily included breakfast was great and much appreciated as were the coin operated laundry machines. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. »

« Very friendly staff. We had several issues we needed addressed and they were prompt in giving help even late at night and early in the morning. Comfortable and safe. I do wish they'd revamp how their breakfast room is set up. Accessing the food was a circus and stressful. And more options would have been nice. »
