The apartment is within walking distance of the Tours train station (a 6-minute walk) or accessible by car (secure underground parking at the base of the building). A tram stop is right nearby. Just steps from the apartment, you’ll find shops right nearby: an on-site supermarket, numerous restaurants and stores, a movie theater, a convention center, City Hall, and a weekly market. The location is quiet but offers easy access—just a 10-minute walk—to the vibrant heart of Tours, Place Plume, and the banks of the Loire River with its open-air café during the summer months.

The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot and the surrounding area of Tours: Tours, known as “Little Paris,” the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, and the Loire Valley’s vineyards and wines.

Recently renovated, the decor is tastefully done and the amenities are ideal: an open-concept kitchen with a central high table, a living room featuring a large smart TV with a soundbar and a cozy sofa, and three bedrooms, each with its own unique character, including a spacious master suite with a full shower room.
