Check in and parking were easy. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because of the elevator situation. We were on the 35th floor in a beautiful apartment with amazing views but the elevator took forever. It was always full. It took 40 mins for my family to get to the lobby and that included us going down 10 plus flights of stairs to try on other floors. We dId stay on New Years Eve so maybe it made it crazier. Like that there is a bathtub. Nice big TV. Bedroom LOVED the mattress. Really great. Pillows were ok. Neutral on the pillows. The kitchen seemed nice and pretty well equipped. It was missing tea and coffee.
