### Beautiful room, quiet house with the comfort of a luxurious home near Wonderland

A peaceful retreat away from the noise and traffic near Wonderland Canada and the city of Vaughan This detached corner house is suitable for professionals, families, and creative individuals. It's a brand new 5000 sq ft house offering all the modern comfort.   
It offers a spacious kitchen with an outdoor terrace, a family lounge, an open lounge, a dining area, a terrace, and a spacious outdoor space for children to play.   
A dryer and a washer will be available.   
The bedroom is spacious and very comfortable for a good night's sleep. It has a Queen bed, an attached bath, a desk, a chair, and a closet for your clothes.   
The bathroom will have soap shampoo conditioner towels and toilet paper.   
You can exercise in the basement, and play table tennis. If you explore the neighborhood you will be amazed that the beautiful city of Vaughan is just around the corner and the famous Wonderland is only 10-15 minutes away. You will be 20 minutes from Toronto.   
Tea, coffee, and breakfast will be available in the kitchen anytime you like. We look forward to hosting you at our place and we want you to feel at home. See you soon.
