"Our Host was wonderful. Excellent communicator and went above and beyond to return an item left behind. Location was perfect so that we could spend time with our kids and grandkids. I really appreciated the large, fenced yard for our dogs and the safe and secure parking near the house. "

"The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. "

"overall very happy, we stay here every August and December while my daughter is at the WLEEA academy on the base. Beds great, breakfast good, location good, pool and hot tub great. Only complaint is they never allow us to check in even a few minutes early. We have to wait, or pay extra. Since we know this, we plan accordingly. "
