This turned out to be a great space for us. Living room seating for 5, plus 4 chairs at the table, and 2 chairs at the kitchen peninsula. Plenty of room if you have 4 or 5 people. Everything in the house worked as expected. There was plenty of space in the house and yard to spread out. The yard is superb. Nice solid 6 foot fencing separates you from the rest of the world, nice grassy space as well as concrete porch. In mid-November we sat outside on the provided lawn chairs in the sun. The host was accommodating to our requests. There is quick and easy access to a main thoroughfare which meant reduced travel time to places we were visiting.
