The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the instructions were clear, check-out expectations were fair and basic, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We used the hot tub, grill and fire pit - and all were great. We stayed for three nights and could have easily - and happily - stayed for many more. »

« My partner and I had a great stay here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. We loved relaxing outside and taking in the beautiful scenery. The location was directly between the towns of Luray and Fort Royal so there was always a good spot to go for a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. »

« Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. »

« My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Green River Home. Great cozy getaway cabin, driving distance or brief hike away from the river. Very quiet and tucked into a forested ridge with a nice small campfire spot. Everything was as listed and there was a detailed booklet telling everything about the cabin and local area. »
