I highly recommend this hotel for your visits to Tokyo. Transportation was very convenient as the nearest station was only a 5min walk away (Minowa station). It made travelling to other parts of Tokyo very easy. The hotel was tidied and cleaned every day and the service was fantastic and very friendly! Our room and en-suite bathroom were big ( for Tokyo) with plenty of wardrobe and floor space for our bulky luggage, desk space for our stuff, power points where you need them and very comfortable beds. The hotel has excellent guest services, and an English-speaking chef/ translator. The hotel location is an ordinary neighbourhood, which we prefer to Tokyo’s noisy and more expensive areas, but is soooo close to everything: 5 minutes’ walk from Minowa metro station, two Metro stops from Ueno station, and the city tram is just round the corner.
