The atmosphere was very tranquil and calm and everything was always taken care of, even sometimes before you ask for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want more space in their hotel rooms, higher quality of products and service, and who want access to a natural onsen in the city. I had two young kids with us and they loved it too. The hotel is in the business district of Tokyo, but it is so close to Tokyo Station and the metro is linked underground to the hotel (with 4 or 5 different lines), so it was very easy to get to anywhere.
