Cozy, newly renovated luxury apartment, 5 minutes' walk from the beach

This modern apartment is located on the 18th floor of the PLAZA Hotel in Timmendorfer Strand and is about a 10-minute walk from downtown and a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The newly renovated apartment (approx. 48 m²) features a spacious living area, a magnificent view of the forest, and a side view of the ocean from the balcony. At night, you can unwind from a day at the beach in the large double bed, while the comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax. The new, high-quality kitchen features a microwave and a stove so you can prepare your favorite meals.

In addition, a varied activity program—including archery, Nordic walking, and gymnastics—is offered for an extra charge.
The hotel’s restaurant serves a generous breakfast and dinner buffet, perfect for indulging.
You can also wind down the evening in a cozy atmosphere at the hotel bar.

From May through September 30, the tourist tax is €3.50 per adult guest per night. During the off-season from October 1 through April 30, the fee is €2 per adult guest per night.
