« Overall we were pleased with our stay. The beds were comfy, location was great, and property was overall exactly as described. Unfortunately, three of the adults were attacked by fire ants all over their feet in the backyard, but I did notify the homeowner and he was very apologetic and said he would get it taken care of before the next guests arrived. « This place exceeded our expectations! Some homes have everything yet nothing, but Sherri has carefully thought through every possible need, from bulbs to bowls. The beds, pillows, blankets were top notch and no detail left out. And clean is an understatement. The house was spotless! « My fiance and I booked this place to stay and also to host our engagement party. Elizabeth and John were amazing! The place was perfect for our small party! Plenty of space for everyone. We stayed with my mom and his 2 teenagers. It allowed for everyone to have space for themselves. Well stocked kitchen with supplies for cooking and entertaining. It is about 45 min from Tampa but worth it. Highly recommend for people with families. »

« Perfect. The beds were amazing. Super clean. Alan is super easy to communicate with. Quick to respond. House is organized and just like the listing states. Please note that there is a ramp that an elderly person could have issue navigating on foot to get to the dock from the back deck. Also take a baby gate to block the access to the ramp if you have pets or babies. (We easily used the long table on the back deck as a gate at it worked perfectly!)
