« We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. »

« The cons: First of all there is no sign on the key box to indicate which is for Pananos sq II. Secondly the flight of stairs is steep to carry young children after arriving on a night flight. I suggest if you have kids under 6 yrs old do not stay here. The car parking was a nightmare. The pros: great apartment comfortable everything was clean and kids had lots of room to move around. The friendly grocer is just below the apartment they helped us find the key box and they gave my kids some free...

« In a pedestrian zone so no easy parking. Lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect place for a few days. A bit tricky to find the apartment entrance (door is in the middle of an outdoor restaurant). Water from shower went everywhere. »

« Check in was easy, the apartment was a great space for our family for a short stopover. There weren’t very many amenities in the apartment aside from dishwashing supplies, so it is sparse in that sense. The location has was okay and parking and driving in Heraklion Centre was difficult to find and squeeze through narrow streets. There is no dedicated parking area for this property, so do some research in advance if you can. »
