It's a 5-minute walk from the well known Cristo del Sagrado Corazón and a 5-minute drive from Km.38, known for its famous surfing waves. Do you like skateboarding? We have a mini ramp. Enjoy this private panoramic view for your next trip. The space Welcome to "Depa 2", an apartment nestled within a charming three-story house. Situated on the ground floor, this delightful apartment offers a cozy and convenient living space. BEDROOMS: This apartment features two comfortable rooms. One room is equipped with a queen bed and the other one has a doubled bed. Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms offering a cool and pleasant environment. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay, including a coffee maker, blender, and other necessary amenities. Other things to note The last 300 feet of the road is unpaved, but a four-wheeler is not necessary. If you are traveling with children, please take a look at the photos of the terraces.
