"The hotel was really nice, staff was very friendly but one of the beds did have sheets with stains on them, which was kinda gross, I usually bring spare sheets and blankets anyways but that was still disappointing because everything else about the room and hotel was nice. "

"Worst check in and check out ever . They ask for a cash deposit then they find anything in the room that is wrong if you did it or not to take from your deposit. There is no boat like in the photo . The jacuzzi on property where not even 80 degrees just over all a very bad place to stay i would rather pay you to stay somewhere else . Very scrappy place even maintenance on the place was very bad . Elevator felt like it was going to fall apart ."

"First of all the pool closes at 9pm even on wknds No fridge inside the room for your leftovers or keep your water cold. Ice is not free or provided in the property, they want you to purchase it. There’s no AC in the rooms. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to puerto Nuevo restaurants 5 min walk !!! The view as well is amazing"

"The hotel is on a great location, close to but not right in the middle of the action. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom floor was very slippery. The room has lots of street noise, sleeping was a bit of a challenge - the windows weren't great. The breakfast buffet gave lots of choices, and what we had was good. The hotel overall was a good value."
