"My first room had visible black mold, including areas where the mold had been covered by wall paper. It smelled horribly but having arrived from the US I was too exhausted to ask for a new room the first night. I was politely moved to a different room the next day & supplied with a dehumidifier. It was an improvement but even running constantly it was never less than 65% humidity & musty smell. Despite the kindness of the staff, I wouldn’t recommend because of the issues with mold & mildew."

"Wonderful breakfast, lots of selections. The only small gripe is when it gets busy in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet, the visitors and restaurant staff move about in a disorderly fashion. Weight room, swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge and sauna were all available. Room is cozy and bathroom is quite fancy and clean. Self-serve laundry would be a plus but unfortunately not available.
