« Très bel hôtel en bord de plage. Propreté impeccable de tout l’établissement. Petit déjeuner très copieux et bon ( jus de fruits frais). Proximité de petits restaurants en dehors de l’hôtel pour se restaurer facilement. Un seul bémol, pas forcément lié à cet hôtel : une vie qui s’arrête après 22:00 dans khao lak. Peu de bars ouverts plus tard. Et pas de transat sur la plage ( interdit par la loi). Excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cet établissement que je recommande »

Notre chambre était simple mais confortable, spacieuse, l’hygiène est irréprochable. La literie est excellente, même le lit bébé est de très bonne qualité. Le petit-déjeuner, comme le restaurant et Room-service proposent des produits de très bonne qualité, frais, délicieux et à un prix vraiment raisonnable. Le jardin est luxuriant, entretenu quotidiennement par une équipe de jardiniers extraordinaire. Les piscines sont splendides, entourées de végétation, ultra propres. Les transats très confortables. Malgré le monde qu’il y a dans l’hôtel, il y règne une ambiance conviviale. Tout le monde se salue. Et on n’a jamais l’impression de se marcher dessus car il y a beaucoup d’espace et différentes zones aménagées (ceux qui préfèrent la piscine avec toboggan un peu festive, ceux qui préfèrent une piscine plus au calme, la plage). Les enfants sont vraiment les bienvenus. Un parc avec balançoire, toboggan, jeux de sable, ballons, bouées, des chaises hautes sont à disposition. On se sent vraiment chouchoutés par le personnel de l’hôtel. Ce sont nos plus belles vacances ! Nous avons pu nous ressourcer en famille et rêvons de revenir l’année prochaine. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Merlin de Khaolak !!!"

"Très belle hotel en bord de mer au calme avec une belle plage. Par contre nous n avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner et ni manger au buffet car plus cher qu en France, heureusement il y a une cafetière à disposition dans le hall. De plus il n y a pas de navette gratuite pour se rendre au marché ou au centre ville. Faut toujours avoir la main a la poche. Dommage..."

En revanche la nourriture au resto le soir n’est pas bonne, une belle plage mais isolé de tout avec rien autour ( nous ça nous allait). Petit déjeuner sympa mais ça ne vaut pas le très cher prix payé. Très belle hôtel mais on a connu mieux pour le prix payé. Aucune flexibilité pour un late check out, on a du quitter pour midi pile."
