« The cabin is very clean and the kitchen has all the utensils you need. We cook breakfast evry day without a problem. I slept on the large bed and it was very comfortable. One morning I had 2 very large bald eagles fly about 30 feet over our cabin. They have a nest right behind the cabin. Great location right on Big St Germain lake, almost right in between Eagle River and Minocqua. »

« Had a great vacation there and used the fire pit a couple of times. Loved the house and everything was exactly as we were expecting. »

« We had a blast on our week up north, and the cabin fit our needs perfectly. It was my husband and I, our two adult children and their friends/partners, and our youngest tween. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. It's a cozy space and we had enough room for all of us. Communication with the hosts was almost immediate. The entire lake lost power for a few hours during a storm and they reached out right away. We simply enjoyed playing games by flashlight! Lost Lake has a special place in our hearts...

« The cabin was nicely renovated and had everything we needed! It was nice that kayaks and paddle boards were provided so that we didn’t have to bring ours. It is is just a short little walk up the hill from the beach. We will definitely be coming back. »

« What a wonderful stay we had! We seen lots of action right off the pier by the cabin and caught bass, perch, crappie, bluegill, pumpkinseed and 1 northern latched onto my crappie! 2-in-1 !!! Beds were comfortable, all amenities were as described! We felt totally at home and relaxed! Cabin was clean and very roomy! Went to area restaurants and sights all nearby three lakes! »

« Heidi was a great host. The cottage was cozy and had all the amemities we needed. We brought our boat and had fun exploring the chain lakes. Eagle River was close for shopping. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will stay again. »

« While our journey and stay were cut short and some of our plans changed, the host was extremely friendly and cooperative and went above the call of duty for us. When we head that way again, we've found our spot! Hope to enjoy those sunsets at the Hideaway soon! »

« Beautiful cottage and the host is so communicative. She let me know the day prior that an early check in was available for our stay which helped tremendously. Our group cooked a few nights and the kitchen had all supplies we needed. The pontoon boat was absolutely a highlight as well. »
