« Shampoo was not in toilet. Cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Air-con in the master bedroom is not cool. The kitchen has nothing, no utensils. The worst part is that the amenities, pool, spa mentioned in the listing do not exist in the building! I was told that you have to pay 60VND per head count to go to another building. The person in charge don’t even bother to explain clearly on how to get there. He just handed the keys and left in a hurry. This is an extremely misleading...

« We loved meeting the Trinh family, they were very sweet and helpful during our stay, and obviously took pride in their home. The location was excellent, a short walk from the beach and walkable (or a quick Grab ride) to the markets and the town centre. Plenty of eateries in the immediate area. We enjoyed spending some down time on the balcony. The kitchen was quite well set up (although could benefit from a few extra utensils, eg forks, a colander). "Nous n’avons pas trouvé la salle de fitness. Au water Park 3 attractions sur 9 arrêtes et les 4 restants sont en mauvais état. Animation trop ciblée (pour les russes , pour les enfants ) inexistante . Animation de bas niveau. Un piano disponible à l’accueil mais avec interdiction de s’en servir . Attention all inclusive sans la glace au bar et sans les bulles dans l’eau gazeuse . Attention centre assez loin de Nha trang. En revanche , la nourriture est riche variée et copieuse. Le personnel de service est vraiment au top ( attentifs serviables souriants). Les lieux communs sont propres . "
